Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dtbwear.com. Returns should be shipped to the address given by customer service (info@dtbwear.com).

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

 

Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@dtbwear.com.
